Description: After aging in Willet bourbon barrels for 6 months, the beer is transferred to a bright tank where it is recirculated through Heritage Trail Coffee’s locally roasted coffee beans. We selected Ethiopian coffee beans, grown on the Mormora farm in Shakiso. The beans are wet processed and roasted to a Medium Roast. With flavors of Earl Grey with bergamot oil, rose water florals, and acidity that is like sweet tea with a lemon sprits, we feel this coffee nicely compliments the flavors of Teddy Bear Kisses. Roaster Terry Cox is a frequent customer at our brewery tasting room, and this has given us a great opportunity to collaborate with another local business.
