Description: Side Line Saison is a dry hopped beer using a light but flavorful blend of pils, pale, and caramel malts along with some raw Oregon grown triticale. The beer was fermented in our open tanks with the house blend of yeasts and shows a historic edge without being overly bitter or aromatic. It brings the hops from the side line, employing crystal, two distinct lots of santiam, and an experimental variety.
