Description: This bottling, simply titled Table Saison, blends the last straight cask of our former flagship wheat based saison, the Four, with the first cask of our current one, Saison Vert. The yield was mostly kegged, save for this small bottling. Both barrels were particularly nice, having produced beers previously with attractive botanical notes and pleasant, balanced acidity. This blend is no different, with the light beers showing delicate aromas and flavors before a simpe, dry and refreshing finish. The Table Saison is meant to be consumed relatively young, so we advise not cellaring beyond 2017.
