Description: NE Kölsch with strawberries With it being spring and all, we figured why not make something super crushable but with some depth. That in mind, this kolsch'ish ale was untraditionally hopped in the kettle with huell melon, belma, and sorachi ace hops, then dry hopped with amarillo and strawberries to provide notes of citrus, melon and (even more) strawberries.
