Description: Saison, brewed in the traditional style with the addition of fresh pineapple juice to the ferment. The German Pilsner malt contributes a soft malt character whilst spice and fruity flavours are attributed to the use of Belle Saison yeast. A refreshing grapefruit and lemon pith flavour combined with coriander and a slight peppery chilli finish are perfectly balanced with the lingering acid crush from the pineapple juice. The use of all Noble Hops gives flavour and character but does not overwhelm the spicy complexity of the beer. All of this plus the acidic pineapple sourness contribute to a complex yet very satisfying taste of summer.
