Description: Our first beer to go through our experimental line three times and move its way up to 14 BBL production! A rich, dark, smooth and sweet, full bodied milk stout with Madagascar cocoa nibs from Lake Champlain Chocolates! This is very similar to the Chocolate Doctor Milk Stout that earned a Silver Medal at the World Beer Championships in Chicago in January of 2012. The Silver Medal winner was our second attempt at dialing in our recipe for this version! We thank our good friends at Lake Champlain Chocolates for their local partnership on this project. This beer is delicious and contains lactose!
