Description: Brewed for Fathers Day 2014. This is a modern North American style red with a common theme of strong flavour. The hop aroma is strikingly similar to that of strawberry jam. The variation of specialty malts provide the caramel, chocolate and roasted notes and is seriously complex. At 7.2%, the alcohol provides the warmth that would keep any hard working father happy after the day is done. MALT: A combination of our Premium 2-row Alberta Malt, Wheat Malt, Canadian C-40, German Carared, English Crystal 70 and English Roasted Barley. HOPS: 4 Hop additions using only Belma hops. Dry hopped in the SV with Belma and Galaxy
