Description: Brewed with our friends from Vault City, Louie is an Imperial Chocolate Stout. The grist is comprised of light chocolate malt, chocolate barley, chocolate rye, chocolate wheat and oats for mouthfeel. We also used cacao husks in the mash, cacao nibs and cocoa powder in the copper as well as cacao nibs in the fv. Louie is slick and full of dark chocolate notes. A decadent treat! Suitable for vegans.
