Description: Shimmer is a Black Hibiscus Sour. Brewed to 7% using a light malt base with multiple dark malts for a light chocolate flavour. We steeped 15g/l hibiscus in the beer for refreshing floral and cranberry flavours to balance the dark sour base. The name 'Shimmer' is a link to our imperial hibiscus sour, 'charm' and is also a collective name for a group of hummingbirds represented in the artwork.
