Description: A collaboration with Athens Jackie O's. This Double IPA is brewed with two hops that were new to both breweries. Vic Secret is a Australian hop that has a complex character of grape, lemon, and peppery herbalness. The second hop, Azacca, is from the pacific north west. Azacca hops are brimming with ripe melon characteristics. The combination of the two new hops showcase a distinctly fruity character different from the citrus driving IPAs we have all come to love. OH YEAH, and then we had an incident where the tank was leaking and we had to transfer it immediately to another tank and the only one available was already dry hopped waiting for a 60bbl batch of Flyin’ Rye. So basically it has all the same hop variety as above plus the additional house dry hopping. Enjoy!
