Description: House of Earth is the name of our lager program. It is a passion project that is filled with an enormous amount of excitement and endless possibilities. It will allow us to fully explore the world of lagers through both traditional and experimental methods—and everything in between. For HOUSE OF EARTH - BLEND 1 we brewed a traditional Vienna lager base and transferred it to a red wine barrel where it stayed for two months in cold storage. We then blended this barrel with a batch of fresh fermenting pilsner to carbonate through the traditional krausening method. The blend naturally conditioned for another month before returning to cold storage to settle.
