Description: Black is Beautiful aged in a 7-year Willet Barrel for 11½ months, then blended with a big body Imperial Stout that was aging in a American Brandy barrel for 18 months. We then treated the beer with toasted coconut, desiccated coconut, pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans, and freshly toasted Ugandan cacao nibs and Colombia Hulla Milagros Geisha coffee roasted by our great friends at Longroad Coffee Company. The end result, is one of my favorite barrel aged treats that has ever been bottled here at Weathered Souls.
