Dry hopped during fermentation, just to add another twist, there are sure to be some interesting hop notes develop as the hops and yeast interact. Brewed for the Malthouse 2016 West Coast IPA Challenge this beer is sure to pick up some fans and haters, but that's all good, beer should be interesting, and we are lucky to live in interesting times.
