American yeast to keep esters at bay, so all that fruity punch comes just from the hops. Making a clean, bitter IPA with loads of fruity hop character, the way we think it should be. Like any good IPA this beer will cut through spicy dishes, pair well with fried or salty foods, but best enjoyed in the sun.
