Description: The Single Hop Series allows us to showcase our creative side within the constraint of using a single hop. The third in our Single Hop Series has its roots in an award winning homebrew called Roaring Queen. Historically the Belgians are not known for beers with loads of New World hops aroma, but who are we to bow down to brewing tradition when we don’t need to? The citrusy Amarillo plays well with the Belgian yeast notes, and the malt is just enough to carry the flavour combination off without getting in the way.
