Description: The Single Hop Series allows us to showcase our creative side within the constraint of using a single hop. The second in the series showcases the Nelson Sauvin hop so expect elderflower and gooseberries blended with a Saison yeast character. The beer uses a very traditional Saison grain bill of Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts but a judicious application of the wonderful hop adds a new world twist, resulting in a beer that’s so full of hop flavour without losing its Saison roots.
