Description: Our Coffee Stout starts as a full-bodied American Stout, with notes of bittersweet and dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted barley. We then add a huge dose of cold-brewed toddy using direct trade coffee roasted specifically for WeldWerks by Zoe’s Cafe in Greeley, lending a fresh espresso coffee flavor without the acidity and bitterness, which perfectly complements the chocolate and caramel malt sweetness. And for that signature bold coffee aroma, we add whole coffee beans straight to the fermenter. The end result, the perfect beer for coffee lovers!
