Description: We racked a single barrel batch of Medianoche aged in an Old Elk bourbon barrel for 14 months onto an obscene amount of toasted marshmallows, graham crackers, and milk chocolate in order to complement the rich fudge, brownie batter, and marshmallow character imparted by the extending aging in the Old Elk barrel. Single Barrel S’mores Medianoche is one of the most decadent and rich Medianoche variants we have produced, and one that is available exclusively on draft in our taproom.
