Description: Collaboration brewed with our FoCo friends Happy Lucky's Teahouse and Green Cheek Beer Co. from California. Brewed with local honey, Kukicha green tea from the teahouse and Citra, Mosaic, + Nelson Sauvin hops. We won't pretend we're the first to imagine pairing drizzled honey and fresh green tea, but the Kukicha green tea's special blend of stems, stalks, and twigs contributes a different flavor profile than your typical green tea infusion. Bright earthy florals, eucalyptus, basil, mint, and almonds mingle within swirls of delicate honey sweetness. The freshly brewed green tea notes are distinct but play well with the orange pith, tangerine, papaya, and light pine hop characteristics.
