Description: We've been huge fans of Moksa since they opened, but when we discovered our shared passion for all things bourbon and oak, we realized we might actually be soulmates. So when the Moksa crew visited Colorado for CBC in 2019, we knew a collaboration had to happen. Symphonize was designed from the ground up by both breweries with the sole purpose of showcasing the complexity and heritage of American bourbon. This Imperial Stout was aged for 21 months in a diverse blend of 5-10 year-old bourbon barrels, featuring a wide variety of toast and char levels to capture the full range of bourbon expressions, lending notes of toffee, toasted marshmallow, candied almonds, brownie batter and salted caramel chews.
