Description: They say home is where the heart is and we’ve poured our heart into this homegrown offering. This beer is brewed and patterned after traditional English style bitters but contains only locally grown hops. These hops were transplanted from England around 200 years ago but have adapted to Canadian life well. This 5.2% amber beer contains hops grown at the Ignatius college in Guelph and is wet-hopped with our own hops grown at Wellington Brewery that were harvested and added immediately to the brew. If you close your eyes while you are enjoying this beer it is almost like you can taste a little bit of Wellington in every sip! Homegrown sweet homegrown!
