Description: A good Bohemian Pilsner will be very clear pale gold orange gold. The head will be a dense, creamy-white and should last a good amount of time. It is nothing like the watery, predominately tasteless, lacklustre, mass-market expression of this style so common on the shelves. Our Bohemian Pilsner is rich with complex malt, buttery diacetyl flavours rounded nicely by spicy tones from the Saaz hops. Bitterness is noticeable but not hard edged and it fades gently into the clean, crisp aftertaste. Grains: Bohemian Pilsner, Caramel Pilsner and Munich Malt Hops: Saaz
