Description: Soppin’ Wet Simcoe is the first of our Wet Hop Series of beers. Freshly picked Simcoe hops make the voyage from their bine at Loftus Ranches in Yakima to our brewhouse in under 24 hours to create a succulently hoppy ale. Hops are added during the mash, first-wort, boil, and knock-out to give you a beer that at first sip is full of resinous hop flavor and aroma, and provides a mouthfeel that can be described as nothing but luscious!
