Description: Saturate is a dry-hopping black hole. It kicks o a series where we take a single hop and push it to its limits - beginning with Mosaic. From a simplified grist of Floor Malted Maris Otter, Wheat Malt and Oats - Saturate begins with Columbus & Mosaic in the whirlpool before a 4 stage dry hop building to a dry hop rate of 20g/L all the while being fermented on our house English ale yeast. It’s an up-close look into the spectrum of Mosaic’s aroma ranging from pineapples, passionfruit, pine and blueberries with a favour that continues through tropical fruits to a pithy resinous finish.
