Description: A big, dirty, jammy banger rocking at you with our usual lineup of Floor Malted Maris Otter, Wheat, Oats and then hit with Vic Secret and Chinook in the Whirlpool. This one’s been fermented on London Ale III – a bigger bodied, silkier affair altogether than our usual mix mash of DIPA yeasts. Then dry hopped with Vic and Chinook again, and again, and again until we crashed her then banged it into kegs and cans. What you get is heavy grapefruit, apricot jam, spruce and melons with a big but silky body that lashes your tastebuds out of it with soft bitterness and intense ripe fruit and a mellow roundness from the abv.
