Description: In honor of the one year anniversary of Bakin’ Bakery (one of our favorite food trucks in the business) we present Renee, a beer with New World pizazz and Old World charm. Inspired by Sahti, a rustic ale from Finland, this IPA was lautered through juniper branches and brewed with local linden and peach flower honey. The delicate notes of the honey compliments both the pungent piney and delicate floral/lime leaf notes of the American hops. A refreshing, watermelon-like finish leaves you wanting more—which is exactly how we feel every time Renee’s truck drives away!
