Description: Foxtail’s Saison is a late spring/early summer beer brewed with locally grown foxtail rosemary. This light and refreshing saison is brewed as a classic Belgian farmhouse ale with DuPont yeast which provides the complex and layered aroma of fruit, herbs and spices. The addition of Idaho grown raw white wheat and spelt gives it a soft, rustic grain character and a smooth, drinkable body. Rosemary is added after the cessation of the boil, allowing its oils to steep into the brew for a subtle, herbal aroma and flavor.
