Description: SPRING BRIGHT BRUGNON is a lambic-inspired sour ale. This 2020 harvest batch showcases one select barrel of beer, which was aged for 12 months before an addition of fresh, organic Spring Bright nectarines grown at Masumoto Family Farm in Del Rey, CA. The fruit was crushed by hand and added directly to the barrel (at a dosage rate of about 300 grams per liter of beer), where it aged for another 14 weeks before bottle-conditioning with local honey. Chill and pour carefully, as this bottle contains sediment, and features high carbonation to enhance mouthfeel and aroma. Bottled on 10/10/20.
