Description: Cap’n Brunch Coffee Infused Brown Ale Cap’n Brunch salutes YOU! The Cap’n is Wort Hog Brewing’s take on an American Brown Ale, with a unique twist. We enlisted the help of Lone Oak Coffee Roasters and built this beer to complement their House Blend coffee. It has notes of chocolate and a unique smoothness from the addition of flaked oats. Too smooth and sweet to be a Porter and too light to be a Stout, Cap’n Brunch stands alone with its own inimitable style! We made a cold brew with Lone Oak’s Coffee and our beer, instead of water. At over 2 lbs per barrel, the coffee aromas and flavors are gloriously present in Cap’n Brunch. You won’t find any astringency or burned flavors because of the quality of Lone Oak’s coffee and our unique cold brew process. A beer suitable for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner?!?! Aye, aye, Cap’n!
