Description: Saison is a style brewed with a sense of time and place. Knowing this, we felt the urge to use the bounty of wild dandelions from our farm, The Wrecking Barn, in Loganville, Georgia along with Atlanta area foraged elderflowers from our good friend Ranger Robbie. The flowers add a bright earthy, floral and citrus character which is balanced by a grain bill of Pilsner, unmalted wheat and local wildflower honey from Riverview Farms in North Georgia. In a way, it is a taste of early summer from the fields.
