H.O.P. also stands for the Hibiscus and Orange additions done post fermentation to this wheat Pale ale. Strong aromas of ripe orange are complimented by a slight tart note of hibiscus flower in the taste, giving the beer a refreshing edge. 60% wheat malt gives the beer the body to hold these big flavors together.
