Description: As the summer weather directs us towards easier drinking and more refreshing styles, we decided to brew a new IPA to go along with this trend. Imagine taking the hopping of an American IPA, the grain and spicing profile of a Belgian Wit, and then blending them into one beer. Our White IPA is brewed with Bravo, Centennial, Cascade, Citra, and El Dorado hops and then fermented with a blend of Trappist yeasts. Subtle spicing from Orange Peel, Indian Coriander, Lemongrass, and Pink Peppercorns adds enough complexity to the delicate yeast and hop balance. ENJOY!
