Description: Mandarina Bavaria, a daughter of the classic American hop Cascade, was bred in the hop fields of Germany as a "new age" German origin hop to find a place in American craft beer. We've brewed with this unique and aromatic hop for loads of flavor and aroma with gentle bitterness. Bright notes of citrus, tangerine, and fresh cut grass shine over the top on the nose and pallet. We've supported the hop character with a generous helping of adjunct grains, and a soft, pillow-y mouthfeel to make the beer as sessionable as it is delicious.
