Description: Idaho 7 is a new hop variety with bursting notes of tropical fruit, pine, juicy marmalade, papaya, and a hint of black tea. With this knowledge, we designed a beer to accentuate the best aspects of this hop. This ale was brewed with Pale and Rye malts, flaked rye, Carawheat, and a touch of American crystal malt which lend an earthy, spicy, and complementary malt character the base hop profile. Intended to be full of flavor, while still being completely sessionable, this is the perfect beer for the season. Cheers!
