Description: Another Gruit/Bread Ale. This time a childhood favorite of mine, Cinnamon Raisin Bread! Brewed with Cinnamon Sugar then conditioned on golden raisins, another delightful brew in this series. And once again the beer was fermented with sourdough bread yeast. No Hops were harmed in the brewing of this beer (because there are none in it)!
