Description: A California heirloom variety, Sierra Beauty was thought to be lost for nearly a century by orchardists outside of the secluded Anderson Valley, where it had been tended and propagated by Gowan Orchards as a family favorite. WIth just the right balance of sweet and tart characteristics, this aromatic apple produces one of the most complete, single variety ciders we’ve ever encountered. The bright fragrance of orchard and tropical fruit and spice lead to a refreshing, well structured and balanced cider.
