Amarillo, Simcoe, Chinook, Columbus and Centennial hops give this beer a dank grapefruit character. This beer serves as our fun attempt to educate: Brettanomyces does not sour beer. There are hundreds of strains of Brettanomyces all producing many different characters other than "horse blanket".
