Description: What we have done here is brewed one of our standard sour ales with Strawberry puree and KDH Sea Salts from the Outer Banks of NC. The result is a tart mofo! The strawberry note is light in the finish but otherwise non existent. We've been prodded to brew something with Strawberry for quite some time. We have said Strawberry is a very light flavor and hard to pull off in beer without going overboard with the additions. We are proud of this being our very first Gose and we think it's great! We hope you like it. If you like your sours SUPER sour, this is the one for you.
