Description: With the New Year comes a new project, our JT’s Barrel Series. This is the first release in this new venture, which will consist of a beer fermented and aged in a single barrel, so it’s aptly called #1. This version is a sour wheat ale aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. Soured with lactobacillus and then with the addition of blackberries, it gives this beer a fresh, crisp and tart flavor perfect for the warming weather of the season.
