The name already refers to the feature: The special character of the beer is gained by using Comet hops from the famous and biggest connected hop growing area named Hallertau. Comet is a cultivar that was forgotten quite some time and was recultivated recently. It brings a very special and incomparable aroma of citrus and other fresh fruits into the beer which blends very well with the traditional taste and character of a wheat beer.
