Description: A true labor of love, Coconut Milk Double IPA is a play on words that has gone too far and cannot be stopped. Made with a legion of hand-toasted coconut and a small mountain of milk sugar, Coconut Milk Double IPA marries our trademark tropical hop-forward style of brewing with so much coconut that you will want to drop a little umbrella in your glass. The first approach is loaded with fresh coconut, slowly dissipating only to meld perfectly with the papaya, pineapple, tangerine, and guava notes from the hops. Milk Sugar (lactose) provides a creamy mouthfeel that carries the coconut along its voyage toward its navigational beacon. Creamy, tropical, fruity, and toasty, we can't help but think Coconut Milk Double IPA tastes like Jimmy Buffet lyrics and smells like a Kenny Chesney video. Hops: Citra
