Description: This rustic saison was brewed with our good friends over at Monkish. Pushin’ Carts fermented fully in large French oak barrels. In addition to our house cultures it incorporates a stronger presence from lactobacillus, which contributes bright lemon and pineapple characteristics to compliment the oak and brett earthiness. Funky, lean, and tart.
