Description: Welsh Braggot made with Pale malt, Crystal malt, and 40 pounds of Clover Honey. Hopped with Galena hops to balance the sweetness with hints of citrus. This, winter, brew is a copper color with a bold malt character and sweet honey finish. Brewed in June and aged for 6 months to smooth the alcohol. Ardelle Johnson ,Brewer Chris Johnson’s grandmother, was a huge fan of the Christmas season. We brew a different holiday beer each year named “Ardelle” and release it on December 1st, her birthday.
