Description: Most Brett based beers seem to lean towards the lighter and not so malty side of things. We decided to change that up a bit and lean in a different direction with some malt character and an added spin with the newer Jaryllo hop variety. The brett blend we used for the complete fermentation was selected because it stays more in the range of fruity and earthy than the barnyard characteristic some strains can pick up. Time will tell though, the funk in Brett tends to keep changing through time.
