Summit’s first parti-gyle brew, both IPAs use the same wort but from different points in the brewing process The first wort drawn first from the mash was used to create the American IPA. Higher in ABV is a traditional west-coast style IPA. Tropical, resinous and piney it has high bitterness and hop flavor.
