Description: Plum Sour Stout ignores style boundaries as it initially resembles a sweet stout base beer with notes of malt sweetness, chocolate, caramel, low roast bitterness and low-medium hop bitterness, but then that sweet stout is kettle-soured and fermented with added plums to ultimately bring everything in balance with the wild lactic acidity, sourness and fruitiness which defines and is so loved in this Series.
