Description: There is a myth that the oils in hops can peel the enamel from your teeth. This is our attempt to do that with large late kettle hop additions of CTZ, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo and a gigantic double dry hop of Amarillo and Simcoe. A light, clean body opens the gates for the hops to take over the palate with citrus, pineapple, flora and resin. The sticky hop character from Simcoe finishes off the array of taste bud emotions.
