Description: The flagship beer of Sycamore Brewing's Terroir Series. Tart, delicately sour and highly complex, this unique wild stout was forged from North Carolina itself. After months of aging in Bourbon barrels and developing a rich oaky undertone, we divided hundreds of pounds of ripe raspberries and toasted cocoa nibs amongst the barrels and reignited fermentation with a culture of yeast we captured in the nearby forests of the South Mountains. Berry the Hatchet is alive and ever-changing. Please store cold.
