Description: Brett IIPA brewed to celebrate the anniversary of Eugene’s 16 Tons. This offbeat rendition of our Hop Experience Ale was prepared on the hot side just like its sibling Sticky Hands, but instead fermented with a select brettanomyces strain in our wild cellar. We then worked with 16 Tons to select dry hops that paired perfectly with the unique character of our chosen brett strain. The result is funky and tropical, with fruity notes of pineapple, orange, and guava and a bright, subtle acidity that will evolve over time.
