Il naso viene invaso da aromi dove spiccano sia note di miele che un sentore di arancia amara. Di estrema morbidezza, avvolge il palato rasserenando i sensi con grande equilibrio, per chiudere in un inaspettato amaro aromatico. MIELIKA, è adatta all’abbinamento col formaggio grana, carni sapide e saporite. ENGLISH - Its name comes from heather “miele” (honey), it has an old gold color and a tall and fragrant head.
